We have lots to do and your help is greatly appreciated! Come and be blessed by serving with us to meet the needs of someone in crisis. \nWe will be doing different tasks on different days so please sign up for whichever days/jobs you are available for. If you cannot stay the whole time\, that’s OK! We appreciate any time you can give. Just enter the time you can work within the hours posted in the “comments” part of your sign-up. \nIt’s cooling down so you might want to bring a jacket for the warehouse. CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED for your safety. You MUST be age 10 and up to help out! You do not have to be a registered volunteer to help out. If you are not a registered volunteer\, save time by filling out the one-time project volunteer form and bringing it with you (the form is located under “related files”). DESCRIPTION:Hurricane Ian Response Volunteer Opportunities:\nClick HERE to sign-up to volunteer! \nGods Pit Crew is extending our service dates in order to serve the community of Port Charlotte\, Florida\, given the extensive need for assistance following the devastation from Hurricane Ian. \nOur Immediate Response team is located at Community Life Church 19048 Edgewater Dr.\, Port Charlotte\, FL 33948.  Given the nature of a disaster\, there are a lot of moving parts.  We ask that you communicate directly with our team\, and not the church leadership with any questions.  They are working really hard to serve the needs of their congregation and community.  \nWe will be in the area from October 3 through November 2\, 2022.  \n\nYou must be 16+ to serve on this outreach.\nFood and lodging are provided.
