Who we Are

God’s Pit Crew is a faith-based disaster response nonprofit built to move fast, serve boldly, and bring hope where it’s needed most.

We exist for the moments that change everything – the storm that levels a neighborhood, the crisis that overwhelms a family, the hardship that feels impossible to face alone.

Since 1999, what began as a simple “Yes, God” has grown into a leading disaster response nongovernmental organization equipped with a fleet of tractor trailers, a dedicated full-time team, and thousands of faithful volunteers ready to deploy at a moment’s notice.

Over the years, God’s Pit Crew has responded to more than 200 disaster scenarios across the United States and internationally and has helped provide more than 130 homes and critical structures for communities devastated by disaster. Each response represents more than numbers – it represents lives restored, communities strengthened, and hope delivered when it was needed most.

What started with one act of obedience has become a movement committed to showing up in the darkest hours with practical help and unwavering faith.

Mission

With God’s help and direction, to bring hope, healing, and restoration to hurting people in times of disaster.

Vision

To be a leading disaster response team, fully equipped to deliver efficient and impactful service.

Everything we do is rooted in the calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

That calling fuels our urgency, shapes our culture, and defines our commitment to excellence in every response.
