Here are your August volunteer opportunities in the Blessing Bucket area at the God’s Pit Crew distribution center. You can enter at our Blessing Bucket entrance located at 132 Parkland, Danville,  VA. We have lots to do, and your help is greatly appreciated! Come and be blessed by serving with us to meet the needs of someone in crisis. If you plan to bring a group of 10 or more, you MUST schedule your group with Betty McDaniel by calling 434-836-4472 ext 143.

We will be doing different tasks on different days, so please sign up for whichever days/tasks you are available. If you cannot stay the whole time, that’s OK! We appreciate any time you can give. Just enter the time you can work within the hours posted in the “comments” part of your sign-up.

The warehouse is not climate controlled in all spaces, so you might want to dress in layers. CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED for your safety. You MUST be age 10 and up to help out! You do not have to be a registered volunteer to help out. If you are not a registered volunteer, save time by filling out the one-time project volunteer form and bringing it with you (the form is under “related files”). Want to become a registered volunteer? Just download the attached volunteer application and bring it in when you come.
