The NASCAR Foundation’s Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award recognizes NASCAR Fans who volunteer for children’s causes in their racing communities. It is the premier sports philanthropic award – decided upon by the voters.
Each year, The NASCAR Foundation donates a total of $175,000 to each of the four finalists’ children’s charities. Each finalist is guaranteed a minimum $25,000 donation from The NASCAR Foundation, with the winner’s charity receiving a $100,000 donation!
