Home Rebuild
Josh and Shanda Dutton
Josh and Shanda Dutton lost their home in a devastating tornado on Easter Sunday in 2020. GPC rebuilt their home in October.
Church Rebuild
Grace Harbor Lighthouse Church
Grace Harbor Lighthouse Church was destroyed when Hurricane Laura hit Louisiana. God's Pit Crew rebuilt this beacon of hope for the community in just three weeks!
House Rebuild
Stacy and Brett Corzine
God's Pit Crew volunteers worked for two weeks in Canton/Haywood County, North Carolina, after a devastating flash flood destroyed dozens of homes, businesses, and more. Stacy and Brett Corzine were just one of the many families that God's Pit Crew assisted in this community.
In November 2021, God's Pit Crew volunteers returned to Canton to help Stacy and Brett rebuild their flood damage home, and restore hope to their family.

Hurricane Ida
HURRICANE IDA RESPONSE
God’s Pit Crew responded to Hurricane Ida in Louisiana by shipping 23 tractor-trailer loads of relief supplies and thousands of Blessing Buckets to help Ida victims. GPC’s Immediate Response Team also deployed to the hardest-hit areas in Louisiana for five weeks, clearing fallen trees, moving debris, tarping roofs, and so much more.

Impact Story
82-year-old Veteran, George
A large tree had fallen on the home of George, an 82-year-old Veteran, who lived in Thibodaux, Louisiana. When God’s Pit Crew’s Volunteer Assessors found him, George was trying to remove this tree by himself with only a hand saw. God’s Pit Crew added this job to the list, and within no time, Hope had arrived!

CANTON, NC
Waverly, Tennessee Flood Response
At the same time teams were working in Canton, North Carolina doing flood clean-up and muck outs, a second flood, also caused by Tropical Storm Fred, impacted the Waverly, Tennessee area.
Tyler, Texas Flood Response
A third response in the same time frame as the other two storms caused by Tropical Storm Fred, God's Pit Crew also responded to Ty- ler, Texas, that was impacted by flooding.
